NHM in your state

The Mission is run by each state, so the components, the rates and the way to apply differ by where the land is. This page shows what our team has verified for each one — and says plainly where it has not looked yet.

Ask about your state
Coverage is not eligibility. Three things are kept separate on purpose: what this platform has verified for a state, whether an application window is open there, and whether you personally qualify. This page answers only the first. The state's own department decides the other two.

Verified means read against the document

A state is marked verified only when a reviewer has matched its statements to the state's own operational guidelines, page by page, and those pages are in our library.

Sources are re-checked daily

Every registered document is fetched and compared each night. If a state changes its guidelines, the page goes back under review before anyone reads a stale rate.

Set your state once

Choose it in the header and the site reorders for it: NHM material first, your state's page one tap away. The choice stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The questions people ask us most

Myth versus rule Does NHM give 50% subsidy? Rates run from 30% to 50% depending on the component, and every one carries a ceiling. Read the answer Start here What a cost norm actually means The upper limit used to calculate subsidy, not the price of your project. The single most misread number in the scheme. Read the answer Protected cultivation Polyhouse subsidy under NHM Area-wise cost norms for both polyhouse types, and the 4,000 square metre ceiling that shapes the project. Read the answer Choosing a route NHB or NHM: which applies? Project size usually decides. Where an NHM ceiling stops, the NHB route begins. Read the answer
