Research on Andhra Pradesh has started, and it turned up a site that is not quite the one this page needs.
The address that answers is the horticulture department's, but what it hosts is APMIP, the Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project. That is a real programme with real material — technical notes on fertigation, acid treatment, system maintenance, peak water requirement, a component price list, a process-flow manual and biometric registration guidance — and it is where a micro-irrigation application in this state is made. It is not the National Horticulture Mission, and micro irrigation follows PDMC norms rather than NHM's, which the national guides below explain.
Two doors we would rather have used are shut to us. The horticulture directorate's own domain, horticulture.ap.nic.in, does not resolve for us at all. And the site's MIDH link points at HORTNET, the national Mission application portal, which does not resolve for us either. The department's Government Orders page opens but renders no orders to a fetch: its list is assembled after loading, so there is nothing there to register yet.
So no Andhra Pradesh document is registered below. Not because the state publishes nothing — it plainly publishes a good deal — but because what we can reach is a different scheme, and what would carry the Mission's terms we cannot reach.
What does apply here meanwhile: NHM is a national scheme, and the 64 statements we have taken from the MIDH operational guidelines of April 2025 hold in every state — the components the Mission supports, the national cost norms and the general rates of assistance. Those are the guides listed below, and every figure in them names the page it came from.
What happens next: reaching the horticulture directorate's own site from a network that can see it, and working the Government Orders page from a browser.
