Terms of use

Terms of use for NHB Subsidy: educational purpose, no guarantees, acceptable use, content ownership, partner services and liability.

  • last updated

Independent educational and assistance platform. Not a government website and not affiliated with or endorsed by NHB, NHM or any government authority. Scheme decisions and approvals rest with the relevant authorities.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of NHB Subsidy, operated by Ethereal Corporate Network Private Limited (“we”). By using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

2. Educational purpose, not advice

Content on this platform explains published information about NHB and NHM schemes. It is not legal, financial, tax or official advice, and it does not create any entitlement, eligibility, sanction or approval. Only the relevant authority can decide a subsidy matter. Verify conditions, windows and budgets with the authority before you act, spend or sign.

3. No guarantees

Rules change and documents are amended. We show verification dates, reviewers, applicable scope and version histories so you can judge currency, but we do not warrant that any page is complete, current or free of error. Estimates, checklists and any future tools are preliminary and conditional, never a sanction, a payment promise or an instruction to begin construction.

4. Questions and answers

An answer responds to the facts you gave. Where facts are missing we may ask, or answer in general terms. Answers are not a substitute for confirmation from the authority. You agree not to submit other people's personal details without their permission.

5. Project assistance and partners

Partners are independent businesses, not our agents or employees. Any contract for goods or services is between you and the partner. We vet partners as described in How we are funded, but we are not a party to your dealings with them and do not guarantee their work. We may receive a fee from a partner for a confirmed introduction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download content; attempt to access private questions, requests or admin areas; submit spam, malware or abusive content; impersonate any person or authority; or use the platform to mislead others about subsidy rules.

7. Content ownership and reuse

Explanations, summaries, glossary entries and answers are our original editorial work and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Official documents belong to their issuers; we link to originals and host reference copies only where reuse terms allow, and the official original always prevails. Questions you submit remain yours; by choosing “you may publish an anonymised version” you grant us permission to publish a rewritten, anonymised version and the answer.

8. Images, video and third-party material

Some photographs, illustrations and videos on this platform were not made by us. Where a work belongs to someone else we credit it beneath the image or player and link back to the source. Video is usually embedded from the platform the owner published it on, so it plays from there under that platform's terms and we do not host a copy.

Crediting a work is not the same as owning it. We do not claim copyright in any third-party image or video, we do not grant you permission to reuse one, and a credit line here is not a licence you can rely on. If you want to use something you see here, go to the source we name and ask the owner.

We aim to use only material that is our own, licensed to us, published under terms that permit the use, or issued by a public authority for public information. Mistakes are possible: a stock licence can be misread, an image can be re-uploaded by someone who did not own it, and a credit can be lost when a page is edited.

If you own something here and do not want it used, write to info@nhbsubsidy.com with the page address, which image or video it is, and how you are connected to it. We will take it down while we look, rather than after. If you would rather keep it up with a correct credit or link, say so and we will do that instead. You do not need a lawyer to ask, and we would rather hear from you than not.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the platform, including tools and partner services, without notice. We aim to keep reading and search available even when other systems are down.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on platform content, from decisions by any authority, or from dealings with partners. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: info@nhbsubsidy.com.

Effective: 7 September 2026 (version 1).
