Research on Gujarat has started. The department is confirmed and so is the counter; what could not be reached is the paper.
The Directorate of Horticulture runs the Mission here, and its site is linked beside this. It publishes an index of Government Resolutions — in Gujarat a GR is where a scheme's rates, ceilings and conditions are actually set — and an index of notifications and circulars. Neither could be listed. Both are search forms rather than pages: they require a start date, an end date and a resolution number before they will return anything, so there is no index to open, nothing to register, and no way to see what exists without already knowing what you are looking for. That is a real obstacle rather than an absence, and it is the reason no Gujarat document appears below.
What is reachable is the counter. Gujarat runs its farmer scheme applications through iKhedut, the state's own portal, which answers normally and is where a horticulture application is actually made. A portal tells you where to apply; it does not tell you what a component pays or whether a window is open.
What does apply here meanwhile: NHM is a national scheme, and the 64 statements we have taken from the MIDH operational guidelines of April 2025 hold in every state — the components the Mission supports, the national cost norms and the general rates of assistance. Those are the guides listed below, and every figure in them names the page it came from.
What happens next: a Government Resolution number for a horticulture scheme would unlock the rest, because the search form will return a GR once it has one. If you have one, tell us and we will fetch and register it. Otherwise this needs someone to work the form date range by date range, which is the next piece of work on Gujarat.
