This is what we have read, not what the state pays. Nobody has yet confirmed a Telangana figure against the national norms, and this page does not give you one. It tells you what Telangana publishes, what is in it, and what to do with that. The national cost norms that apply meanwhile are in the guides linked at the foot of this page.
Telangana is a case where the state has done its part and we have not been able to do ours.
What the department says
The Department of Horticulture lists fourteen schemes, and MIDH is the first of them. It does not describe the Mission on its own site. Instead it points at a separate State Horticulture Mission portal, which is where Telangana's own Mission material would be.
That host answers our requests with HTTP 403. It is refusing us rather than missing — a 403 means the server received the request, understood it, and declined to serve it. That is usually a rule about automated traffic rather than about the content, so a person with a browser may well open it without difficulty.
The distinction is worth stating because it changes what should happen next. A 404 would mean the page is gone. A timeout would mean the host is down. A 403 means the material is there and somebody needs to go and look at it.
What is reachable on the department's own site
A downloads section of statistical material, and the other thirteen schemes it runs alongside the Mission: micro irrigation, RKVY, a critical-interventions programme for vegetables and spices, oil palm, agroforestry, a bamboo mission, beekeeping and urban farming among them.
That list is useful in its own right. It tells you that in Telangana the Mission is one of fourteen doors, not the only one, and that several of those doors are better fits for particular projects — oil palm has its own programme, bamboo has its own mission, and micro irrigation is separate here as it is everywhere.
What we have not published
Anything from the Mission portal, because we have not read it. No Telangana cost norm, rate, ceiling or application window appears here, and none should until someone has opened that portal and read what is on it.
What to do
Open the State Horticulture Mission portal yourself — the department's site links it, and a browser will likely get further than we did. Use the national guides below for the components and figures meanwhile, each naming the page it came from. And check whether one of the other thirteen schemes fits your project better than the Mission does; in a state that runs this many programmes, the general components are often not the best terms available.
If you get into that portal, tell us what it carries. This is one of the easiest gaps on the site to close.
