This is what we have read, not what the state pays. Nobody has yet confirmed a Tripura figure against the national norms, and this page does not give you one. It tells you what Tripura publishes, what is in it, and what to do with that. The national cost norms that apply meanwhile are in the guides linked at the foot of this page.
Tripura publishes in the right places and none of them would open to us. What is worth explaining is why those particular places matter.
Three sections, and what each one is for
Horticulture sits under the Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare rather than in a directorate of its own. Its site carries separate sections for programmes and schemes, for circulars and for orders.
Most readers go looking for guidelines. Guidelines tell you what a scheme is and what it pays — but they are written once and revised rarely, and on their own they will not tell you whether you can apply today.
A circular is how a state announces that a window has opened, what the deadline is, and often which components are funded this year out of the many the guidelines list. An order is what sanctions the money or appoints the machinery behind it. For anyone actually trying to file an application, those two sections are worth more than the scheme description, because timing is the thing that most often decides whether a claim is possible at all.
Tripura has both, named correctly, which is more than several much larger states manage.
What we could not do
Read them. None of the three returned a list to a fetch: the page furniture arrives and the documents are assembled afterwards, so there is nothing yet to register. Opening the orders and circulars sections in a browser and recording what they list is the next piece of work here.
The regional rule
Tripura is in the North Eastern region, so the Mission reaches a grower here as HMNEH rather than NHM, and under the current national guidelines the Government of India contributes 90% of the outlay rather than 60%. That is the split between governments, not a rate to a beneficiary.
What to do
Check the circulars section before you plan anything, not after — a perfect proposal against a closed window is wasted work. Use the national guides below for what the components are worth, each figure naming the page it came from, and treat the state's circulars as the authority on when.
If you read those sections, tell us what is in them. A current Tripura circular would be one of the more useful documents on this site, because it would show what a live application window actually looks like in a North Eastern state.
