Why we label the NHB annexure as “proposed changes”

Annexure VI of the April 2025 guidelines is headed “National Horticulture Board: proposed changes in components and cost norms”. We record that wording on every NHB page rather than presenting the figures as settled, because a proposal recorded in a guidelines annexure is not the same thing as an operative Board circular.

If you are planning an NHB project, confirm the current position with the National Horticulture Board before committing money. If you have a Board circular that settles it, tell us through the report-an-issue form on any page and we will register it as a source.
