Three official NHB circulars registered as sources

The amendment circular of 21 August 2026, the application suspension circular of 3 September 2026 and the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare letter of 12 August 2025 on protected cultivation area limits are now registered on this platform as source documents, each with its reference number, issue date and a hash of the file we retrieved. We link to the originals on the National Horticulture Board website rather than hosting copies.

This also settles a caveat we had been carrying. The Board publishes the April 2025 MIDH guidelines on its own site under the heading "Revised Guidelines for the Schemes of NHB", so it treats that document as its current scheme guidelines, whatever the annexure heading inside it says.
